MTGP AUSTRALIA LOOKS SET TO THRILL PERTH FIGHT FANS

November 5, 2019

The month of November preludes Christmas by one month, but for Perth fight fans Christmas will come early as the team behind MuayThai Grand Prix Australia have lined up a sensational fight card for their much-anticipated event. The show will take place at the LeisureFit Center, in Perth, Australia.

A host of International fight stars from the UK and Thailand will join domestic stars to hopefully thrill the thousands of Perth and Western Australia fight fans who will adorn the stadium on Saturday the 30th of November.

The headline matchup for the event features one of Thailand's most eminent MuayThai stars of the last decade, a man who has endeared himself to thousands across the globe. That fighter in none other than Superbank Sakchaichote, a former two-weight division champion of Bangkok's famed Rajadamnern stadium, a former champion of Lumpinee stadium, and a former winner of fighter of the year at both those afforementioned stadiums. Superbank will clash with his compatriot, Khumsab Eagle MuayThai, himself a former champion of Bangkok's Channel7 stadium.

This matchup will pit the silky skills of Superbank against the gritty steel of Khumsab - Thai champion versus Thai champion. Can the scintilating sneakiness of Superbank overcome the pile-driving work ethic of Khumsab?

The co-main event of the evening has the prospects of a sizzling affair as Australia's Brooke Farrell faces a daunting task of squaring off against one of the most formidable International MuayThai stars of recent times, England's Iman "Pretty Killer" Barlow.

To add a little extra spice to this bout, the vacant World Boxing Council MuayThai International super-bantamweight title will be on the line for the winner of this contest. The coveted green & gold championship strap will be ringside looking for a new home. Will it be going back to UK or will it stay on Aussie soil in hands of Farrell?

Domestic WBC glory is up for grabs when Stephan Lottering, fresh off a massive KO victory over England's Sam Gough on the last MuayThai Grand Prix, faces off against Eddie Farrell for the vacant WBC MuayThai super-middleweight Australian title. Will the fighting Farrell's, husband and wife, Eddie and Brooke have a doula-whammy night of WBC renown or will Lottering spoil the Farrell party?

A fighter making mark on the highly competitive MuayThai scene in Australia, Max McVicker, will look to add to his WBC MuayThai Western Australia state title when he meets Zac Einersen in the MTGP squared circle for the vacant WBC MuayThai lightweight Australia title. His opponent, Einersen, will. be no push over, as the Riddlers gym trained combatant, will look to take home the WBC MuayThai 135Lb domestic title.

The vacant WBC MuayThai flyweight Western Australia State title is prized asset on the line when Michelle Seivers clashes with Kaylee Mallard. Both ladies will be looking as this accolade as a stepping stone to eventually fight for a coveted WBC MuayThai Australian title.

Another matchup that has potential for MuayThai fireworks sees Ryan Black collide with Mitch Holder for the vacant WBC MuayThai super-welterweight Western Australia title.
