Muay talent: An array of stars are set to do battle at Rajadamnern stadium on June 5th

May 18, 2017

Monday the 5th of June sees the next Wanmitchai promotion take place at Rajadamnern stadium and they have put together a fantastic set of match-ups for this show.

We will see two of Thailand's elite super lightweight fighters go to clinch war, with Yodpanomrung from Jitmuangnon gym taking on Chamuaktong from PK Saenchai gym.

The current jewel in the crown of the famed Kiatmoo9 gym, Superlek, faces off against Kaimookao from Petchyindee gym, with Superlek giving Kaimookao a two pound weight advantage for this fight.

One of the most unsung fighters of the moment, Yothin, from FA Group gym, will face off against Samraknoi. Yothin is coming off a points defeat to Kiewpayak from Jitmuangnon gym.

The veteran, Palongpon, from Petchyindee gym, will take on one of the most fantasticlly gifted fighters of this generation, Sarawute, who nowadays trains out of Sor-Joe-Vichitpidrew gym. Both of these boxers are former Lumpinee stadium champions and Sarawute is also a former two time Channel 7 stadium champion.

For me, the most intriguing bout on this card is the match-up between young Kesa gym star, Saoaek, and the fantastic Rungnarai from Kiatmoo9 gym. Saoaek recently voluntarily relinquished his Rajadamnern stadium 112lb title as he can no longer make that fight weight.

All in all, a night of MuayThai action that is not to be missed!
