The showcase event moves from the famed TV studio to the grand setting of Lumpinee Stadium for the once a year event which turns into a MuayThai spectacle
After being postponed on two occasions in October and November due to the sad passing of His Majesty the King we have the green light to see out this years tournament.
The scene is finally set for this Sunday the 18th of December where the curtain will come down on the 16th installment of the hugely popular and famed Ch7 stadium 16 man tournament which will see two young men battle it out to be crowned the 16th Bpuun Suea tournament champion.
This years two finalists are Saifon from PK Saenchai gym, who will battle it out with TheGlaff, aka, Sidluck, who trains out of Lookboonmee gym up in Buriram province.
These two met earlier this year in the group stages of the tournament and TheGlaff was the winner on that occasion via a points victory.
Saifon really came into his own as the tournament progressed and in his semi final and the bout previous to that - he really turned on the style.
The winner of this event will receive one of the most beautiful and expensive belts known to the sport of MuayThai here in Thailand, along with a colossal amount of prize money and also a vast amount on the day from the various sponsors for the show.
Sunday's show will open with the tournaments third and fourth place playoff fight between Nerpetch from Kela-Sport gym facing off with Yodmongkol Sitzorran.
The shows main event sees Sakchainoi MU Den fight only two weeks after he completely annihilated Jamesak Sakburiram at Ch7 with that infamous knee to the ribs which wanted him a fantastic victory via KO!
As always the showcase roadshow event is free to enter; yes you heard it right - Free entry into Lumpinee stadium..rejoice and sing Hallelujah.
